Each Bodywork Session contains elements of the Disciplines of Massage, Nutrition, Yoga, Energization and Meditation. Hence you take with you from your appointment more than just loose muscles. You receive Inspiration, focus, and technique with which to Integrate your Life. MASSAGE IS A WAY OF CONNECTING TO YOUR SOURCE! Just as we learn to remember certain mental forms by rehearsing them mentally, like spelling words that we can recall at will... we can also learn to remember emotional forms, such as feeling, so as to call them back into the body at will, especially at moments of need. Massage is one way of helping to stimulate and rehearse certain Kinesthetic Feelings associated with particular States of Consciousness such as Happiness, Gladness, Courage, Love, and Joy. This is the real Goal of Massage... to give you a Powerful Tool for reconnecting to Positive States of Consciousness, even in the tumult of life, through the agency of your MASSAGE MEMORIZED KINESTHETIC FEELING!
Yoga and DanceClassic Yoga and Sufi Dance initiate a momentum in self-discipline of the body, mind and spirit.
We have three instructors for our Yoga Classes.
Susana Andrews, comming from a background of Tantra and Ayruveda teaches a wonderfully flowing and etheric form of yoga.
Julie Marie Brinkley shares movement and Spirit's Flow in the tradition of Sufi... an inward journey to your soul, opening you to the beauty and flow of the Divine Feminine. This is a unique blend of exotic eastern movement with powerful and directed western motifs.
Gregory Donald Brinkley began his journey into psycho-spiritual yoga while on the little league field in Malibu California at the age of 10. While at his position in left field he would streatch and contort his body to the direction of some irrestiable inner force. While this provided wonderful relief from muscular tightness and the tedium of left field, it also created such a psychological dirversion to the opposing team as to push many games in favor of Greg's team! Imagine the distraction if Greg had been positioned at shortstop!
Since them Greg has studied Classical Yoga of the Sivananda, Yogananda, Iyengar, Sufi, Aerobic, and Pilates schools and has created a unique blend with a distinctly spiritual flavor.
A favorite yoga of Greg's, Energization, is a technique of body culture using breath and movement, much akin to the ancient physical culture of Chi Gong and Sufi Dancing. It couples dynamic breath with simple direct movements to create a heightened experience of vitality or "the pranas" in the body, and hence its control by the practitioners' own volition.

We endevour to learn and apply them in balance.
Julie Brinkley a RN as well, has performed thousands of Colonic sessions using her sanitary state of the art gravity flow system. Keeping a clean colon in an important part of a well rounded health care system.
