We use UPS ground for case lots of Flora and Udo's oil, Fulvic Minerals and larger orders. We accept orders to be shipped to a P.O. Box. but it is preferable that you give a street address for larger orders so we can use UPS rather than USPS. Orders are sent promptly, usually the business day following receipt of your order, however sometimes it may takes 2 to 3 business days to ship out orders. East Mountain Radiant Health and Healing Retreat or LoveJoyhealth.com, through in-house and visiting instructors, either on or off the premises or through the website are for the purpose of learning the art and science of relaxation and spiritual attunement, relief from muscle spasm, increasing circulation, cleansing, purification and strengthening of my bodies...physical, emotional, mental and memory. I expect no diagnosis, prognosis or prescriptions for physical, mental, or emotional conditions from the instructors. . I will personally adjust my individual performance of the physical exercise if I experience any pain or discomfort during the sessions. I will also inform the instructor of any difficulties I am having with the routines so that the program can be adjusted to suit my unique requirements. I recognize that all physical culture, exercise programs, nutritional programs or “processing work” are not suitable for everyone, and that these programs and treatments could result in injury (ranging from common injuries of sprains, strains, dizziness, fainting and discomfort of breathing and loss of mental balance, to the extreme of death itself) no matter how focused and careful I am, or may be the instructors or instructions to prevent such. I accept as my responsibility the duty to ascertain weather this, or any physical culture or exercise program is medically suitable for me and my health... by consulting with my personal physician if I feel it is necessary. I have discharged my duty in this matter. By acknowledging this document I assume full responsibility for the risks involved in this “work” or any exercise or nutrition program, as in life itself.
